Please avoid forwarding highly sensitive data (e.g., full payment cards, SSNs, passport numbers) through our service.

How We Use It

• Process and organize your travel confirmations to build your trip itinerary.
• Answer questions about your trip details through our AI assistant.
• Enable group members to access shared trip information.
• Send notifications about your trips (via email or SMS if you opt-in).
• Verify your identity and manage your account preferences.

We do not sell your personal information. Your travel details and fellow travelers' information are kept strictly confidential and are never shared with marketing companies or third parties for advertising purposes.

Phone Number Usage

If you provide your phone number during account setup or in your profile, you are not automatically enrolled in SMS messaging. Your phone number will only be stored for your account records.

Retention & Security

Your account information and travel data are retained while you use the service and for a reasonable audit period after you close your account. Communication logs may be kept up to 24 months for delivery verification and security purposes.
